Bronze Ceremony IMPORTANT LAST MINUTE REMINDER PLEASE READ

All girls need to be at the pavilion at Mastadon State Park at 6 p.m. in uniform. The ceremony will be over by 8 p.m.
Please check previous news bulletin on attire requested. If you do not own khakis then a pair of plain colored slacks is requested - NO SHORTS or JEANS. We also need to wear a solid white, cream, or yellow shirt as those are the colors for Girl Scout uniforms. If you have a t-shirt with writing and the uniform covers the writing feel free to wear that shirt. We will eat dinner first and then proceed with the ceremony.
Terry needs an e-mail or phone call by 6 p.m. on Sunday to get a final head count. If she does not hear from you, she will be calling.
Please check the website to see what you are supposed to bring to the ceremony.
It is very important that we utilize the website and check it regularly.
Forms with prices for uniforms and books for the fall will be passed out at the ceremony. The forms will be in the envelope with the bridging badge. Rebecca will have Amanda's vest sewn so that you can see what it will look like. Remember to buy with grow room as this is the last vest you will need to purchase for the duration of scouts.
